Does anyone know how or where to get this?
It’s similar to the one that can be found inside the Order of Embers Cache, the Waycrest Guard’s Cloak (that I have), but it’s of a slightly different shape. I don’t really know where to find it tho, wowhead doesn’t really say anything about this.

The tooltip says “Quests” so, I don’t think it’s from world quests, those have a different tooltip. So only a cache comes to mind, but whether this is Drustvar’s one or Proudmoore or whatever I couldn’t tell.
