How do i get the citizens of gilneas back?

So, i just did the reclaiming gilneas questline. and then i spoke to a woman outside the big city hall/chapel. it was something like im holding an event. and then the npcs just all despawned. how do i get them back?

They will come back by themselves at the next daily reset. It’s meant for RP players who want to old events without the NPCs there :slight_smile:
