How to upgrade my champions

So I am horde and I use my “champions”? to send them to do missions. Mostly for helping me collect azerite. In some of those there is an empty slot that I can upgrade them. IT says something about Auction House.

I tried auction house but I could not find anything useful there. Can yu please help me?

You can buy upgrades for your followers, however they are heavily overpriced, however you can buy Monelite Whetstone if you want a cheap one for them

Good question, i dont play ooga booga faction ( Horde ) so no clue
