Confirming, was good for about a month
Exact same problems you described OP, been particularly bad the last 2 weeks, but happened very infrequently before that, sometimes months at a time with no problem.
every 30-45 minutes I will start spiking into the high thousands or tens of thousands of ping, but it feels much worse. Nothing in the game works, spells don’t work, can’t res, so on so on. Lasts about 30 minutes at a time, comes back 30-45 minutes later. Assume it’s routing going back and forth to different servers as Blizzard servers balance players across routes/bandwidth.
Would ask for compensation for an unplayable game while I go and play something else but there’s not even been official recognition of the problem, who knows when it will be fixed or if they will tell us it’s being worked on.
