As per title, is it worth it having a ravager as a leveling pet at lower levels from level 10 and on over say a boar or a bear? Or is it purely a good raid pet?
I would rather get owls/carrionbirds/bats with highest rank on screech for leveling or solo content in general. For Dungeons/Raids you can stick with Ravagers/Windserpents.

I have also leveled a Ravager to 70 and it ended up never being used for anything 
My Windserpent simply does a lot more damage with its Lightning Breath (like double compared to Ravager’s Gore at roughly 20% crit). Even using my Owl in some Heroics for reducing enemies damage dealt to the tank.
