Tried to.
Even started few days ago a dark iron dwarf shaman, got to lvl 16, i had to stop yesterday night, i was aching. Right after deleting the dwarf, i played my highmountain warrior. I felt better.
Then i created my tauren shaman. I felt good and happy.
My first character, vanilla time, was a human rogue, since then never enjoyed alliance.
Why i can t bear Alliance? Maybe because i started to love wow through Warcraft 3? I also definitely prefer kalimdor landscape.
I am a casual player, no minmax, not an issue with better faction performance

I used to play Horde from the start in Vanilla up to MoP.
All my friends gone to different server or with family, I decided to switch to Alliance and at first I didn’t like it.
Then I started to meet people, creating new friends and Alliance now is my home.
Sometimes I jump back in my nostalgia train and play a Blood Elf paladin, as I used to do back in TBC.
Thing is… I can’t stay horde for long though. All my friends and community are in the mighty Alliance. In one way or another I go back to the blue side, no matter how many alts I’ve got on horde.

I started out as Horde, but kind of switched back and forth a lot in the years. Not really have any issue with either side, although I mainly play on Alliance side.
I am glad you find your true self in rolling a cow.

At least you enjoy one faction. Can’t bring myself to play any right now .
Then don’t ? Why does it matter and why should us players care

It’s not odd, and I asked you a question, why should us the players care you dont want to play alliance ? Am I impacted by you not wanting to play alliance ?
I really enjoy aliance Tmog on certain races but i don’t want to spend golds to transfer my character so i’m waiting for some miracle to happen
I think during Mists of Pandaria I started keeping up at least one Alliance to see the storyline from their side. I feel more at home on the Horde and it’s usually where my main is but I have enjoyed levelling my Alliance especially where they get different quest lines.

I will repeat what the dwarf said above
As expected, alliance folks who have hurt feelings and want to take it out on you. Exactly why you made the right choice
I also was alliance once, still have a few characters, but mostly horde. Never regretted the change.
And he doesn’t have to explain why you should care, he’s not asking you to care, just sharing his thoughts. People can still do that. You can also choose to ignore and enjoy the rest of your day instead of replying like a little kid
