Blizzard seems to love underground zones because they allow for using fewer resources. In wow their caves and underground areas are just darkness. And darkness doesn’t need real design.
They could design proper caves and layered, detailed maps(layered maps like in gw2), and suddenly those zones might actually be fun. But they won’t do that because it costs more money and players have low standards anyways. Why spend money if people eat it anyways?!

I don’t play. I have sub from paying it with gold for a year straight as I have lots of gold. (Still have few mil left even though I didn’t pay for game for years) I have the game uninstalled but sure I will post on forums if I like. I paid my gold for it. I’m playing gw2 and Final Fantasy
I have no idea how anyone pays money for this game, like what are you guys paying for? Lol

I hope I’m wrong for your sake but I also think 11.2 will pretty much be a prequel for how zones in Midnight are going to be.
How are you paying your sub with gold when you have the game uninstalled?
if they converted all of their leftover gold to blizzard balance before uninstalling the game it is quite possible to use that balance and buy 60 days gamecard with it in battle.net online store.

I disagree.
Small doses of underground is fine, but whole zones are just a no-no. No matter how they look. Hallowfall is a good example. They’ve tried to make that place feel like an exterior location for large parts of it, but it doesn’t work. To me it still feels oppressive, unnatural, claustrophobic.
And I like the architecture and such of the Arathi. The little settlements are quite cozy.
But any sort of cave is going to be grating on my soul. The proof is in the pudding.
They’ve tried. They’re tried several times now and I’ve disliked every single attempt.
I don’t mind caves within a zone, but an entire zone? No. They should never do that again. Literally: Never.
Anyway, I’ll never agree on any claims that GW2 did anything better than WoW.
I just don’t like GW2 and I don’t want anything from it in WoW. Including Skyriding or other dumb gimmicky mount skills.
Seems like such a weird thing to do. I’m not outright calling them a liar, but… Something feels off. Wasting millions of gold to post on a forum for a game you don’t like anymore? That’s… Troubling behaviour.
I bought lots of tokens when they were cheap and converted them to money and in game time a year or so. I had tens of millions… still have a lot, tokens, might convert it more to cash, though I don’t really like any blizzard games.

Will see though. If you think I’m liar, then you obviously didn’t make chest enchant in the beginning of expansion with your 60 characters every three days 
of course, before they become popular. If you are into gold making, you made around 100 mil in the beginning of expansion. You value gold as it is something sacred while it’s not…
