Today I upgraded my 2 roles to level 20,and tried to subscribe 1 month in the afternoon.I was using PayPal to pay Euros,it was not winding,but when I check my roles online,i found their status are still free trial,and PayPal also wasn’t paid any money!But they just told me that,I succesfully subscribed 1 month!
WTH is this?I tried some times later with empty PayPal account,but whatever I try,they always told me,I successed,but the free trial status can’t removed.
This message is normal and simply means that you had a valid payment option selected. After this, it will then attempt to withdraw the money from your selected payment option. If you have insufficient funds or the attempt is then blocked by the payment provider the subscription will fail.
With Paypal, while your PayPal account may be attached, do keep in mind that you will need a compatible debit/credit card card attached to complete the purchase.
