I haven't played since Chromie time

What has changed? Last time you got booted out of Chromie Time was I think at max 57, at what lvl you can change now?

Edit: didn’t realise I used a low lvl alt to post. Either way though, my main would be from Shadowlands, so also low lvl.

Chromie Time is a feature that was added in Shadowlands. Chromie Time allows players to level from Level 10 to 71 in any expansion content that they desire, spanning from the original zones (i.e., “Vanilla” era) to the expansion before the most recent one.

I remember the max lvl to be 58 to be able to change between Chromie times, Is it now 68 or 70?

edit: back in the time theyn said until 60, but beyond 58 you couldn’t change.

What was 58 is now 68.

That’s the point at which you may go to the current expansion if you want to go early, and the level at which Chromie will no longer take you in, though you may stay in Chromie Time until you hit 71 if you are already in it.

Specifically: If you wish to stay in Chromie time, and be able to switch expansions, XP lock at 67.

You don’t have to be in a specific expansion to play thorugh it, (aka. you can be in TBC and play through Cataclysm zones), but the keyed-in expansion determines LFG selection. Also, some expansions have intro quests etc.
