I hit 1,8 cr but dont get my elite items to collection

Hello can i ask you why i dont get my elite transmog items shoulders / head and chest ? I hit 1,8 cr on rbg . Its bug or what ? Thanks

They are just mogs. There is no item.

the collection is unlocked when you get 2.1, its just individual pieces till then.
