Yes I am aware Naxx is our and it will be hard to raid etc, not really my main reason I wanna try, I want to play Alliance, is there any realm that suits for that Faction where it’s slightly balanced? if not a realm that’s high, and have a slight balance, cause last time I tried Stormwind was empty and Horde stood camping in Ironforge.
Try Bloodfang, I think it’s hovering somewhere between 60-65% Alliance.
There’s a list of all the realm statistics somewhere, but Bloodfang is the only one that I know of from personal experience. (I’m playing on it)

Are you specifically looking for a PvP server?
If you’re okay with PvE, Pyrewood Village has a huge alliance population.
