If we're levelling squishing lets get rid of heirlooms too

Can’t handle an argument, you have to check profile to determine if someone if worth listening to ? What a joke.

I don’t remember saying anything about lfg or LFR here, just that you were wrong. Can’t even properly read now ?

Baseless assumptions and strawmans, is that all you have to offer ?

Make cooking good again with decent stats :woman_cook::man_cook: and add xp foods in there… more xp for more complex recipes should do the trick.

Make them sell-able so people can make a bit more coin.

no… squish down the levels andkeep the heirlooms in, faster leveling is better for the game, everyone hates leveling in WoW. Of course I’m generalizing here, but the vast majority of the community hates leveling. Squish the levels down to 60 and keep the heirlooms in.

Don’t get me started on professions…

To be fair Alchemy is looking quite nice on the ptr - it’s usually what I go with.

he wants everyone else to suffer with him

Yeah i know xD

You do realize heirlooms are not meant for your first/your main character?
I prefer the slow and engaging experience when I level a character at first, but I have pathfinder in Eastern Kingdoms, Cataclysm, Draenor, Legion and BfA and Kalimdor is only missing 1 region. I don’t want a slow and enganging level experience, when Blizzard invests most of their ressources in current content (past X.0 basically only at max level and especially only the current expansion), while old content get irrelevant (Legion lost a lot of it’s attraction with your artifact weapons loosing all their power before you even get them).
In this case (I know the story and the regions and the content has lost relevance for the developer and the cast majority of other players) I prefer the faster and less engaging way to the endgame.

I envy you! I’d love to feel like that. For me, I think I just haven’t found a class I really like, or feel confident in my ability to play, enough to go all the way to endgame with yet. I’ve tried a few - currently trying out a druid but I always seem to go so far and then … stop. Usually at Legion since I don’t really like it. I guess that’s why I don’t mind playing old content even though I’ve done it a few times now.

I hope that changes at some point and I do finally find out what end game is all about!

Brother, the mount change caused a forum mayhem because people want that ugly mount to keep waterwalking just because they grinded REP…

Can you imagine with all the gold/TW badges people payed for looms what will happen if blizzard removes them?

I think forum whiners will call an air strike on blizzards office headquarters :joy::joy::joy:

Back when I replied to him I was in my garrison and did some random stuff, like browsing AH or upgrading some pets to rare quality.

Currently you can get LV110 Boosts for like 25-28 Euro when you buy a BfA key online. With other words, the prices are way too high.

Yes it can - add some character progression between 80 and 120. Introduce Classic style talent trees at 81, dont have to be 3 combat trees, could be 1 utility, 1 combat, and 1 profession ( faster gathering, faster crafting, material saving you get the idea I’m sure).

For me at least 80 to 120 is a huge grind that I’m never going to do again, I see no reason to. By the time you are level 100 you have everything you are going to get that’s character specific. ( No I’m not counting Azerite Traits they come under gear like an on Use or on Equip piece of gear. )

Id hate to lose my heirlooms, in fact Id like heirlooms for the other armor slots as well.
Not only do I like the XP boost but I hate having mismatched uglyass armor when I level…usually I mog my looms ASAP. Would hate to spend those TBC levels dressed as a clown again!

I agree… first thing I do is mog… for how much they cost they should make them look better.

Leveling in retail are a waste of time, why even remove them.

And every time you go up an expansion you remog because new things become available

levelling fully loomed is pointless after 7.3.5, looms are barely better than greens… just remove them and give ppl an xp buff, +20% per max lvl toon you have or something?

i can only talk from my own experience but when you have 1-2 max lvls leveling it’s boring AF to lvl another one.

Some players like leveling and heirlooms. There is absolutely no need to remove them because someone else finds leveling boring and doesn’t care for heirlooms.

Xp buff for max levelss have been suggested couple of times and i have nothing against it as extra feature, but it would not be proper substitute for heirlooms because it would actually remove the possibility to wear the heirlooms as gear.

They could make heirlooms work the way that they give their xp to you as buff when you click them (think of how fishing hat works with lure) and after that if you wish you could equip something else if you wish without losing xp buff. Then people who wear heirlooms could keep on using them like always and those who wish to use something else would still gain the buffs (earned from owning those heirloom pieces). Win-win.
