"This is the first time I’m posting on the forum. I’ve been thinking for a long time about whether I should do this, but now, after the latest class changes for the alpha, I still want to share my thoughts. I’ve been playing World of Warcraft since around ‘WoD,’ which some people would say is the worst expansion.
That said, I’m a huge fan of World of Warcraft, and maybe that’s why I get especially frustrated with all the constant complaining about changes. I get it—it sucks when your class gets changed. But hasn’t that always been the case? Don’t most die-hard players already have like 6 alts anyway?
And then there are the people who keep saying Blizzard never listens or never communicates… that’s how it’s always been, and yet here you all are, still playing. People say they hate every expansion, yet they keep playing. You can’t tell me you’re playing with zero enjoyment—if that’s really the case, then maybe it’s just time to stop.
People are already so negative about the changes, and the expansion isn’t even out yet. Yesterday I was raiding with my guild when the new class changes dropped, and none of us were annoyed. We all just went “oh,” and kept raiding.
Let’s all just wait, and enjoy whatever we get. We’re going to play anyway."
