Playing affix wrong usually result in huge time loss or in wipes, who would have tought?
Now, bolstering for sure isn’t the funniest affix in the box but with all the nerf it received is no where close to be a problem imo.
If people don’t focus the obvious threat, that is not really on the affix. That is like saying tank is tanking mobs into Sanguine pools therefore Sanguine is a crappy affix.

He had to make a choice between slowly losing his popularity or going switching to variety stream and he has made the right choice.
Putting all of your eggs into 1 basket is not the safest option. Sodapoppin did the same. I would do the same, WoW is not more important than success of the stream. Instead of begging to wow devs whole day for them to do something about bad game designs it is easier to just increase number of your game options.

It’s not the problem of variety streaming or wow’s popularity, he just doesn’t play wow and he’s not invested in wow, he just does very long old man rants about retail and occasionaly plays classic using half of his brain.
He became streamer of gacha and occasionaly mainstream new releases, he only talks about and sometimes plays wow because he’s known as “warcraft guy”. His wow streams became painfully boring and mcconell is the only thing that makes them interesting, posting him on genshin impact subreddit is much more fitting than here

There are certain mobs which if u bolster will get funky.
The 3 golems in uldum are quite funny when ur team prioritises their dps numbers, above tunneling damage.
I dont think fortified is thst bad realistically. Nor bolstering. I do think tyrannical is easier compared to bolstering tho tbh.
Bolstering is fine. If you can’t interrupt, silence long enough or line of side, be out of the range of the casting mob then it is a YOU problem. Nothing to see here boys. I will bring the 
now.

Enforcers can’t be interrupted or silenced. The range is very large on that shout, and depending on the tank’s location you cannot always line it, especially if you’re melee. But yeah, the noob healer can’t handle it, they just have to “git gud”.
If DD would just kill it first, it would not happen. That being said, some mobs in packs that includes an enforcer have ridicusly low hp compared to the big guy. Trying to make the party understand that it needs to be hard focused is a feat in and of itself.
Sure, if the party’s great most affixes are not an issue. But we all know that in pugs we have to rely on people that we have very few information about. Add to that the lack of communication that comes with a timed content and you’ve got a receipe for disaster.
I’d also add that writing in chat, in a timed content, in a game that has severe UI issue (not talking 3rd parties), is not a efficient way to convay information. But sadly it’s one of the only one we’ve got.
You put a skull on the enforcer, it’s still going to be the last to die smh.
