Anyone else having 2k+ latency issues?

According to the thread below, it seems to be caused by ISP’s in Scandinavian countries.
Im currently having extreme lag, it started half an hour ago and its getting worse and worse. Latency says 10,5k but its way longer, did an AV and in these 9 mins I managed to mount up, die somewhere and release. Chats are working fine tho.
I restarted the game, it took forever to log in. Internet speedcheck says that everything is alright (500k up and down). Websites, Youtube etc works as usual.

I have similar problems (500-2000 ms), not in a Scandinavian country, not routed through one either. Friend in the UK is experiencing similar problems (2k-10k ms), not sure about their routing.
