they’re in the game, just type /cast portal or /cast teleport and notice your mana drop. moderately useful for proccing the arcane portion of disciplinary command, but that’s about it.
big takeaway here being that portal is not the same as portal: oribos

Personal portals should be instant imo. Party wide ones could keep the cooldown
