Let me start by saying I am really happy with this talent, just not it’s placement. It just feels like it’s just QoL and doesn’t belong in the bottom of the tree imo.
It can be low in the tree, just not that low!
The bottom talent should be powerful, and this talent is mostly convenient!
In what world is 3% main stat not powerful?
Most other classes have effects that are less powerful than this one.
Fair, but a stat boost still doesn’t feel like something that’s worth to be a keystone talent.
I think you have a different thing in mind than what blizzard has regarding keystone talents in the class spec.
If you check what every class has, it is either a small stat boost, a utility option, or an ability. It is almost never something spec/class defining.
