Bane of Havoc, a PvP talent that helps to spread Havoc around, has not been working since 2024. It works with the regular Havoc talent, but not with Mayhem. Pre-2024 this worked just fine. In fact, it actually hampers you because if you use Mayhem and Bane of Havoc, your Mayhem will never proc at all. There’s no way that’s intentional.
