Without paying too much attention to a looong and boring text i´m gonna put it to the point:
We want to level up the typical M+ community and become a healthy enviroment in which everyone can push as much and high as he wants to with occasional heroic raid days to get the pieces needed out of the raid 
Both leads are experienced players which u can feed of! And maybe u´re able to teach us stuff we do not know yet 
who knows?!
We do not hesitate to lend u a hand when it comes to gearing up or if there is anything u wanted to ask for a long time!
It is of utmost importancy that u feel well among our ranks, basically that u can make yourself a home and ejoy the gameplay at your own speed!
