Depends.

Have you bought it recently? You may use the self service for a quick refund. Even if it fails, you may ticket instead for a manual check.

If you used it they may grant an exceptional refund and this will lock the toon for future usage which requires another (very roundabout) boost to unlock.

You may not refund it if:

  • You’ve refunded too often and/or recently.
  • This is a boost gained with the Expansion.
  • You were penalised.
  • Etc.

I think I’ve had it on my account for ages, probably from an expansion, TWW? I did not purchase it separately.

How can you request it ingame to swap to another char I accidentally put it on a class I already had max lvl. I did not see a menu for it, only if you purchase it separately. Thank you for your help, much appreciated!

You cannot accidentally boost a character with the amount of boxes you have to fill out.

Being dissatisfied with your boost choice is not something they will generally help with from what ive seen so far from non-recent purchases.

Ah np, yeah I made some alts and wanted to boost one but took the wrong one. I’m the idiot.
