Please help. I think there is something weird going on because of my ticket. I don’t want to talk about it because of respect for company, but please help me understand this problem better, I wait more then 1h:15mins for response. Still nothing, and waiting…
My ticket currently has 2 days and 22hours waiting time.

Ok, then I was wrong, I thought they respond in 10mins or less, because for my last 3 tickets they did respond in less then 10 mins.
10 years ago it was hours, now it’s days.
If you get a reply in 1h count yourself lucky.
Most games (including WoW) have 24hrs for the fastest response. Some games or difficult topics sometimes take up too weeks…
