Gear I have from season , is it upgradeable in season 2 ? If I reach requirements for upgrading it?

No, it is not. You can only upgrade gear earned in the current season, which is S2.

It’s a good thing they agreed not to post their disenchant materials on the auction house so as to avoid crashing the economy… :grinning:
