Is the updated Frost DK crap?

Because my finger length prevents me from using keys below A S D effectively. That’s the first thing. And secondly, am I supposed to use keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+Alt+Shift+U and the like for regular rotation? Why should I break my fingers just trying to perform a regular rotation? Control ergonomics — no, haven’t heard of it? Blizzard hasn’t heard of it either.

Also, how do you suggest moving effectively (for example, from a targeted AoE or following a moving group of targets) and spamming shift+3 and shift+2? Personally, I need at least six fingers for that trick. Seven would be better. I can’t pull it off with my usual five fingers.

But the solution was actually simple. I simply stopped using the Scythe and Glacial Advance. Thanks to Blizzard for this wonderful and much-needed change, which turned out to be easier to throw away than to learn to enjoy the gameplay of constantly switching ability bars.

Are people really struggling with two extra keys?

I think, that I see the problem. So, first of all, I use 1-5 then I use Shift 1-4, alt 1-4 and then cntrl 1-4. Then I use F for interrupt, and caps for movement abilities. Then I have a mouse with additional key binds, that I got recently and that is for convinience, like revives, or other utility that is rarely used (imprison, hex, etc.) Use more keybind combos and you should not have issues. For me alt is for defensives and cntrl for dmg Cooldowns. I am currently playing FDK in the remix, and this is the first time since WoD that I find the spec very fun to play. And, to be frank, I do not enjoy Breath of Syndragosa, but I have never liked that type of spells on any class, so that’s me… Good luck from me! <3

it seems that you have not played half of the classes… I resend my previous comment… I can not even fathom how to play DH or Fury warr, or ANY tank with only the keybinds that you use… sorry, I should have read the whole blog before commenting…
