Is there a problem with battle for azeroth chromie time?

I am level 57 and all the quests are marked as low level and i’m hardly getting any xp. I’ in chromie time and I’ve even tried skipping to nzoth questline, but nothing has helped. i’m getting trash xp and trash gear.

I think it’s only the six starting zones that scale with you in Chromie Time - so Zuldazar, Vol’dun, and Nazmir along with Drustvar, Tiragarde and Stormsong. Things like Nazjatar, the N’zoth invasions and Mechagon* I think only scale to level 50.

*Mechagon can scale higher if you have it as your neighbourhood endeavour.

Are you sure youre still in chromie time?

i checked earlier, i am stilll in chromie time but i’m going to try exiting it and going back in, maybe there’s a glitch

edit:

no i come back to zuldazar and nathanos still only gives me low level quest sending me to drustvar.

What is the level showing on enemy mobs ? If it is less then your character level .that will explain few things .

Shows up to lvl 81 for me.

The level shows correct but I read there was a scaling problem or something, and the enemies don’t scale up higher in xp or rewards properly. basically, gear was garbage ilvl for each quest reward. each area seemed to be stuck.

I just switched to shadowlands in order to get the rest of the way.

This happens , because you completed the level up Campaign . Blizzard in all their wisdom decided that , when you complete the initial story , you wouldn’t want to complete the rest of the expansion story , so it scales EVERYTHING down in that expansion to its original level .

You still have Chromie time On , but it is still scaled down . You can check this by viewing the map . With Chormie time on , All map zones have a level 1-80 , but the exapnsion where you completed the story will have something like 45-50 .
For Shadowlands it happens after you complete the Revendreth zone and Denatrius blows everything up .
