Sabre Slash was removed after BFA, this damage is from the on use item you get from a Revendreth quest. Doubt it belongs in the Rogue forums.

Not a trinket, it’s from the Revendreth world quest. You pick up a sabre that does 40% of your target’s health in damage - it can crit.

I hope not!

I doubt it would, I think you lose the item when you leave the area - it’s a 2 minute buff anyway.
