Wednesday I went through the item restore tool to get back an item i scrapped accidentally that day.
No item in mail yet and wait time is only increasing as the days go by (up to 4days 19hr wait now, started at 3d 19h).
Friend of mine used item restore today and got item back instant.
Anyone else with this issue?
I have the same issue for some reason.
I tried to restore 2 items 4 days ago but since then the average ticket wait time hasn’t changed. (still 4 d 7h)
People can be randomly selected to have their restore requests reviewed by an actual GM. If that happens to you, then yes, you get added to the “ticket queue”.
