Joining WSG solo is like playing russian roulette but with 5 bullets and 1 empty slot

The odds of getting vs a premade are so high its jut insane. Basically all vs premades bgs are losses (only managed to win 2 times vs premade and lost countless ones).

Basically the WSG gameplay is wait for a normal random game, and hope you got priests in your team.

And for those that are gonna jump in and tell me get into a premade yourself, make some friends etc to play, I am telling you nobody invites warlocks into premades.

Its only priest druid hunter with the occasional rogue/warrior.

Try making a premade yourself. I know this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but I don’t think your post will make blizzard do something about it tomorrow, since there have already been enough complaints from the community, and since people don’t want your class in a premade you can try to form one yourself.

BGs are not places only to grind honor points.

I used to come back from work, light a cig, get some chips, open some videos and do BGs for fun.

Now, pvp is either zerging bosses in Ashenvale or getting gy camped in wsg.

SoD basically killed the entire pvp part of the game and its the biggest failure of it.

Trust me I dont care about honor at all, I just want the rep done and then I wont ever step into wsg again.

Always hated this BG anyway. The map design is horrible. AB is so much more fun but premades are gonna make sure to ruin that also. At least on AB I an see demo lock being aesome at defending bases with such survivability.

Blizzard has already stated in twotter that they’re going to “update matchmaking” in phase2.
“We’re very excited to share more about Phase 2 soon, including a sneak peak of the new Gnomeregan raid, the Stranglethorn Vale PvP event, battleground matchmaking updates and more. Stay tuned!”

At least you have a one in six chance of winning

Matchmaking update: “Considering the amount of premade vs solo queue complains we got, we had to run the numbers. The results are here: We have more engagement / subs from the premade side. Because of that we decided to remove the ability to solo queue in BG. For the same reason we have no plans to act against GDKPs. You are welcome! Your fav blizz team”

“just make your own group”

Then you’ll be able to stand still next to the enemy gy farming them without opposition while 1 person captures flag over and over, the gameplay is just so incredible.

Stomp or get stomped, those are your options, mrdentedbrain thinks thats great.

In case you need only rep, just go Ahsenvale. You can PVP there till revered and do weekly quest which grants 1000 rep up to exalted.

Yea of course I do that. 3 weeklies till phase 2 means I pretty much have to farm another 7k rep for exalted. Almost there I guess.

I did the solo q grind myself also a warlock. My takeaway is to treat the premade games like longer queues and not get so worked up about it. Just afk without leaving, read some forums while you wait for your participation mark. The pug vs pug game was mostly fun and back and forth though so there was some fun atleast.

I will be honest i farmed with premade. 50% of games was another premade too. But right now im entering game if pug want to be leaded i am doing lead vs premades. It is so much fun. But ofc team need to have a desire for win + you need to have some healers etc. Well my leader pug vs premade score isnt that bad. It is 4/10 for now. Because all new premades are trash and even random peeps have Bfd gear. If they bring system which you have equal amount of healer. You might win vs many premades.

To be honest, if the only answer is ever join/make a premade, solo que should be removed. It’s nothing but unsatisfying gameplay that frankly would turn a lot of players off to the game if they thought that was the primary way to access PvP. The BG status quo of premade or suffer is the worst PvP I have ever seen in any MMO since this genre replaced MuDs.

Your advocacy against premade groups in (WSG) or (AB) has the potential to dissuade many players from participating. The essence of premade groups lies in their ability to efficiently build reputation and honor, providiing a plattform for social interaction through Discord or in-game chat. Those expressing discontent may inadvertently undermine a significant aspect of thepvp social experience.

Premade groups not only expedite reputation and honor gains but also foster camaraderie as players coordinate strategies and communicate. Removing this option risks isolating individuals, relegating them to solo play without the opportunity to engage in coordinated matches with friends. This potential alteration could, in essence, dimminish the vibrant PvP community and social interactions.

It’s important to recognize the broader implications of advocating against premade groups. Rather than being perceived as a self-serving endeavor, acknowledging the role of premade groups contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the social fabric that enriches the PvP experience. Considering the bigger picture is crucial in maintaining a diverse and engaging player community in World of Warcraft

Even in the event of implementing premade versus premade encounters, the prospective dissatisfaction arising from suboptimal honor acquisition rates may deter player participation. The proposed dichotomy of premade versus premade and pick-up group (pug) versus pug matchups, while seemingly logical, carries with it the risk of diminishing a captivating facet of the game.

The contemplated segregation has the potential to undermine the intrinsic joy derived from the game, as it threatens to dismantle a dynamic that contributes both excitement and challenge to player engagements. This envisioned model stands to compromise the integrity of the gaming experience by sidelining a considerable segment of the player base.

A thorough consideration of the wider ramifications is essential. Restricting the interplay between premade and pug groups may erode the overarching social cohesion within the game, impeding the natural interaction of diverse player dynamics. Fundamentally, the proposed segregation may unintentionally diminish a pivotal element of the game’s allure.

Rather than advocating for measures catering exclusively to specific playstyles, it is imperative to embrace the diversity of approaches players bring to the game. Fostering inclusivity and recognizing the various playstyles as integral components of the World of Warcraft experience contributes to a more balanced and enriching gaming environment.

In concclusion, adopting a comprehensive perspective that values the varied preferences and playstyles within the player community is parramount. Pursuing changes perceived as self-serving and potentially detrimental to the overall player experience should be approached with caution. Let us refrain from addvocating alterations that may be construed as an attempt to monopolize the gameplay experience through a preferential premade farming style.
