Im just curious about the reason why.
In older expansions we had more than 1 raid each “season” or what u call it.
Even mini raids with 3-4 bosses.
So im just curious why is not the case anymore? Each season only have 1 raid each.
Well this season we got 2 1 which is brd but i dont count that as a “feature raid”
IS it beacuse harder to balance items that way? People hate smaller raids? or is it hard for blizzard to make quality raids if its mor than 1?
Im not complaining im just wondering why and why they changed it to 1 raid per season.
Its because of money
I think its just part of us getting less content overall.
I think they’ve just settled on a formula for making expansion now.
4 Leveling zones, 8 dungeons (all the same size-ish for M+), a x.0.5 patch with a small zone, and so on.
Even Pet Battles are just a formula now, An achievement to defeat a Tamer in each zone with a full compliment of pets from a single type.
And in some ways I agree with the approach, keep it simple. Although in some ways variety is the spice of life. So I’m a little conflicted over the approach.
I’m glad borrowed power systems are gone. I wish professions were not so convoluted. I wish they’d put more effort into story telling (although TWW does seem to be doing this better than DF did).
Less content? Are u tripping? There is way more content then ever was.
A lot of players wonder what happened to the 2nd raid. Used to be a small raid of 1 - 3 bosses. We have not seen this for quite some time now. That is something, I believe, they could have added to Siren Isle. A mini raid of some sort, but betcha ppl will complain and say we are brick walled in the first raid now you want us to do a second. Well that is where the ring comes in and could have been more fun.
Help me out as I don’t see it from the same perspective as you do. I see content but it often follows the same formula as previous expansions and the regurgitated assets do not count in m opinion. So what am I missing ?
Where?
