Hello, today we have twice encountered a bug where the sanguine affix, which should according to your design only be on 14+, was there on a +13. After we downgraded key to +12, sanguine still persisted.
I have a screenshot as well.
The sanguine debuff also appears on the players keystone, despite the level being +13.
i just ran a +11 freehold with volcanic, sanguine and tyrannical
just ran another one, same thing

I can confirm that this issue has been escalated to our developers for investigation, however we don’t have more information than that for the moment.
