We´re excited to announce that Keystone Crushers has officially formed our own guild, and we´re now recruiting Raiders for next tier in Midnight!
Besides our big M+ Community, we are now getting ready to setup a progression-focused raid team.

A progression-focused World of Warcraft Guild
1. Mission Statement
Keystone Crushers is a progression-focused WoW community committed to maintaining a stable, respectful, and efficient environment for raiding and Mythic+ content. Our goals include achieving full Heroic clears each tier, pushing into Mythic when roster stability allows, and supporting players who wish to pursue Cutting Edge without demanding it from everyone.
We value preparation, accountability, communication, and a drama-free culture.
2. Vision & Long-Term Goals
- Secure AOTC within the first few weeks of each tier.
- Build and maintain a dedicated roster focused on steady Mythic progression.
- Progress Mythic every tier, pushing as far as possible — with CE as the long-term end goal for the team.
- Strengthen and grow our active Mythic+ community alongside the raid team.
3. Raid Schedule
- Wednesday – 21:00 to 24:00 ST.
- 2nd day to be announced - 21:00 to 24:00 ST.
Attendance expectations:
- Mythic Core: 80%+
- Raider Rank: 60%+
Please notify raid leads in advance if you cannot attend.
4. Raider Expectations
All raiders must:
- Arrive on time and fully prepared (enchants, gems, pots, etc.).
- Understand their class, spec, and current meta.
- Review boss strategies before the raid.
- Maintain a respectful, focused attitude.
- Accept and apply constructive feedback.
Failure to meet these expectations may affect roster status.
5. Loot Policy
- Loot is Personal Loot on HC.
- Loot Council will be considered when progressing in mythic.
- Unneeded items should be offered to the team.
- Trials may be asked to pass items that are major upgrades for core raiders.
- Loot drama = immediate removal.
6. Guild Rank Structure
- Guild Master.
- Officer Team (Raid Lead, M+ Lead, Admins).
- Raider.
- Trial.
- Social / M+ Member.
Trial duration: 2–3 weeks, depending on performance, attendance, and attitude.
7. Behavior & Conduct
We maintain a mature, respectful environment. All members must follow:
- Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- No excessive negativity or flaming.
- Criticism must be constructive and appropriate.
- No drama, gossip, or undermining leadership.
- Treat everyone with respect.
8. Discord & Communication
- Discord is required during raids.
- Voice comms must stay clear during pulls.
- Follow channel organization and rules.
- Leadership decisions are final unless appealed privately.
9. Conflict Resolution
If an issue arises:
- Contact an Officer or Raid Lead privately.
- Provide clear details.
- Allow leadership to review and mediate.
- Public call-outs and confrontations are not acceptable..
10. Removal Conditions
Members may be removed for:
- Repeated no-shows or ghosting.
- Toxic behavior or harassment.
- Consistent failure to follow mechanics.
- Loot drama.
- Disrespect toward members or leadership.
- Any actions that harm guild cohesion.
11. Charter Acceptance
By joining Keystone Crushers, you agree to all expectations and guidelines in this charter and commit to contributing to a professional, progression-focused, and respectful guild environment.
