Was questing in Darkshore when in say chat some person on the same quest said “**** off*”. I asked why so rude to other players and he said I was stealing his quest mobs or something similar, I said that’s no reason to be rude to players, he continued. I was just questing, no idea those specific mobs on that specific quest were only taggable by one player at a time…
I right clicked his name in chat and reported him, soon as I hit submit, server kicks me from game, I log back in and find I am now blocked from speaking on zone/general chat but can still speak in say chat and everywhere else.
Please see if this continues to be a problem for you, after doing an Arena Skirmish. If it does, please go through the steps to clear your UI (addons) and test once more.
