So I went to do the Knocking off the top quest today. Killed it twice in a raid but no emblem. The raids showed at least half the people out of phase to me even though my minimap showed me to be in heroic mode. I tried logging in and out, out of game and back…and finally figured out that its the new portals that threw me off. I left back to Silvermoon, took the main portal back to the base area and then ran to the boss without the portal then the next raid was fine with very few out of phase people
so a new bug?
