Lagging from 10pm to 11pm

Good evening,

Since the beggining of this week, I’ve been lagging like hell on inside BoD starting at 22h. At 22h55m, the lag slowly fades away until it’s back to normal at about 23h. I’m raiding on Aggra(Português).

It’s not an obvious connection problem. I work in IT and I’ve taken all the troubleshooting steps. Speed tests during these times report about 100mpbs\20mbps. Also, no one else is using the Internet in my home and nothing else is using my connection (other than the usual services).

Today, I’ve tried disabling all add-ons to no effect.

I’m somewhat puzzled. A couple of people in my raid group report the same issue which leads me to believe that it’s server-sided (or routing path).

Any ideas?

Hey Concorde,

If this happens at a specific time of day, it could be caused by network congestion. This would not be restricted to network usage at home for you directly, but the connection that your routing takes from your home to your ISP to our servers.

if this does happen again tonight, please run a WinMTR test for about 10 minutes and post the results here.
