Recently started playing Ele as my main alt with a focus on M+ and HC raiding.
I crafted EotGS at rank one to start pushing M+ for gear but looks like it’s getting huge nerfs in 9.0.5.
Should I craft WLR at rank 4 and use it in M+ anyway or should I craft that at a lower rank initially for raid/tyrannical weeks and another one for aoe scenarios? If so, which one?

While eotgs getting nerfed the base damage of chain lighting and earthquake are getting massive buff. It is still a good aoe legendary, but with kiting meta and the time of ramp up it’s not something i would prioritize. In my opinion you should craft windspeakers first and upgrade it, then focus on eotgs or something other depending on nerfs/buffs by that time.
