This quest is currently impossible for Horde players. It can only be completed with a lot of luck.
I need to do this for a lot of characters 
You have no Bg Invites on off meta times. on meta times 30 minutes queue time.
and if you managed to get an invite you simply lose 99 % as an horde player.
You have my sympathies although it is not just horde players. I have given up trying after 40 fails as Alliance. The solution others have proposed, and I hope to enact, is to recruit 9 others and do wargames to complete it.
Dont tell me I need to do bg for cloak quest?

You can’t continue with the legendary quest until it has been completed when Throne of Thunder is released.
If you cant win 2 bgs for some reason then just make 5v5 war game

We need Mercenary pvp mode for things like this.
It is shocking how this garbage quest and multiple PvP changes like forced resilience/heal reductions on hit/premades are still in.
All of these need to go, it isn’t even debatable and make MoP classic PvP worse than it ever has been. Anyone who played OG MoP PvP knows how trash this current PvP is.
Just do the quest on war games mode BGs.

but you still need 10 ppl to do it. will be hard, but way better as trying it on 5 characters for days on the regular way.
Quit whinibg and just do it. How easy to get that cape need to be made? You allready can buy everything needed from cele vendor
+1 Remove this quest, or change the objective, it’s currently just not doable unless you somehow find people to cheese it..
Change the objective into something that can be worked towards at the very least.
With my main character, it’s really frustrating that random players who are only there for the quest and about 15 battlegrounds looked like they were full premade Russian professional PvP players or just 1-2-3 gladiator level people on the enemy side, but with my alt, I got both of the first two, so I’ll take it xD
if possible do during daytime 8 am to 4pm weekdays when most at work/school its a cake walk then
Chances are the people you are getting spawn camped with in the bg need to the quest too, that’s 10 players right there
