You get hearthstone after doing legion starting quest campaign and you do it only once .rest of your alts can find the hearthstone in toybox of yours for retrieval.

I think reason Legion’s hearthstone had 20min CD.

Sorry ,vulperas took out the chair and point is no longer standing .
Sadly there seems to be some requirement before your alts can use it.
At least when I try to use it on alt, I just get error message: “You are not yet eligible to use this item.”

Use portal to Azsuna, fly to Dalaran.. you get quest auto, turn it in and the hearthstone toy will work.

tbhf, you have to do the legin intro quest, or it wont work and give you a you havent the permission to use it notice.
legion intro quest, i mean for a time you cou use it for all but tehy tehy change something duing DF and you cant sue it on alt without doing teh intro quest

It’s a short quest to go and get the HS. I’m fine with it how it is. Same with the flight masters whistle.
I think Legion Dalaran HS is like my 2nd most used Hearthstone, you can get to Silvermoon+ faster than HS with the Alcantara key.
Does not always work sadly, you need to go to org or SW to pick up Legion started quest for some alts to be able to use the toy.

Same for most of my chars but i still had to do 2 or 3.
Nope. All my alts had to pick up the warboard quest for Legion. But no stress, all I had to do was to skip the intro and just be sent to Dalaran to hand in the quest.
My newet characters, that I created after legion had to do the intro quest to use the HS. I don’t mind doing a small silly quest chain.
