Bliss don’t need to deactivate account in order to wash ppl from Retail if party isn’t an option in the game.

Why? People can join their guilds with their Timerunners. If they are not part of the guild, either they are ignorant or they have some reason to “hide” themselves (possibly but not definitely because they want to play Lemix and not the current season).
