Level 89. What to do to start the leveling zone of 90-100

Hi all,
I would appreciate your help on how to get and start the quests of level 90. If needed my 89-90 I will do it either from dungeons or from pvp.

Hit 90. Go to Orgrimmar. You will automatically receuve a quest to go to the Dark Portal in Blasted Lands. From there you enter Draenor.

If for some reason you don’t get the quest automatically, talk to the Warchief’s Command Board.

And now same question for lvl 100

And same answer (actually from level 98 it was the case). Go to your capital city, and the Broken Shores scenario quest should automatically pop up. If it doesn’t, reload the game, or maybe start the quest from the adventure guide.

Same thing for 110.
