It’s good they are now talking with us that is a 100% improvement on what we had before where they would drop in and comment on a meme thread and disappear for 3 months or until the next patch notes dropped.
The good and unexpected thing alongside this is they are actually reading these threads and picking up valueable ideas and feedback and implementing it without caveats…at least for now.
Just take this as a minor win for now.

For that they should be fired. Void elves beauty and uniqueness will be totally destroyed with the blonde hair customization.
If void elves are so beautiful why dont you play or main one 
instead you are playing a Blonde warlock. 
sounds to me you just hate the fact Alliance are actually looking good now. nothing more nothing less.
Also trust me as a void elf main there is nothing beautiful with having ugly washed out colors and grandma grey colors.

I do have a void elf alt. I don’t have time to play alts much so I focus on my main.
My velf is gorgeous and looks like a real velf, not a fake that you want to become.
Void Elf fans in the Void Elf Discord are all happy about these customizations.
