Am an older player (52) with work and life commitments, my game time comes in bursts. I only play this game, played since burning cursade, over my years I’ve joined raid teams and delved into a Mythic raids I also helped run a very good CURVE guild for around 10 years. People age and leave etc etc etc. I am now a solo player mainly, I know that many solo players may be in a similar situation—(gear progression is slower and maybe finding it harder to consistently run lower Mythic+ keys). I don’t care about bis or max/min I used to do all that. However none of that is of interest to me anymore. My competion is between my alts and gearing them on their journeys.
I enjoy playing many alts and running low-key’s Mythic+ (mostly 2-6 keys). I do this through No Pressure, a great community where I can play without the stress of pushing high keys. I’d love to find a guild with a similar laid-back approach, their existing one is limited to one toon.
Ideally looking to connect with others who prefer a relaxed playstyle, especially fellow older players. I am not interested in places that have a lot of (flirting)or relationship-focused spaces—just looking for chill runs, key practice across different alts, bit of chat, game questions etc and solo delve enjoyment and just enjoying the game in your downtime. I like helping new players to build confidence into stepping into keys.
I’ve joined communities and guilds before, but many fade quickly or their focus is raiding, which isn’t my thing. I find this somtimes splits the raiders from the the rest also hard key pushers from rest, and chat is all gear gear. Plus once most hit their goals they virtually stop playing while the likes of myself casually wander on.
If something like this already exists, I’d love to hear about it! Otherwise, maybe we can get something going IF there is enough interest.
