When I swapped faction… There is no item restoration because faction swap is resetting the bin. I can’t make a ticket about it because support is ‘aware of the problem with XY’. I dont care that you are aware~ Just give it to me.
There would not be a problem at all if someone at Blizzard had a brain to make those buffs bound to account instead of soulbound. I could just mail it to me from a new hero.
