it appears if you have already completed the achievement “Legends never die” you are unable to do the weekly in Haradar, as you are unable to interact with the Ancient Visionstone.
Also unable to complete on an alt now as unable to now interact with the objects to complete and start the quest.
I have the same problem, i have completed the achievement, done all quests, the last relic i have left now is Skys Hope. But when i try to pick up the Lost Legends quest for it, the Relics button is greyed out, and when i try to talk to the Questgiver i get the error “You can’t do that right now”.
I tried abandoing and retaking the quest, same story. I tried logging out, nothing. DIsabled addons, nothing. Went into an instance and back out, still bugged. And since ive finished all teh other relics, there is literally nothing i can do in this weekly. It’s broken.
Confirming that there is currently a bug preventing you to be able to click the meditate stone and thus the haranir weekly quest if you have already completed all artifacts. Waiting for a hotfix.

Depends on when it was applied.
Last night I could repeat the quests but for the next in the chain the phase would bug out completely making it impossible to continue and sometime later on a different character instead of sending me to a “side location”, the question mark would remain on the original quest giver but he would be unresponsive. After logging out I would essentially deliver the final step to him and skip everything. I was rewarded 1000rep for the basic weekly zone activity.
I’ve gone through all of the quests and achievements the previous week but I don’t know what difference it makes for someone who is doing it for the first time.
I could complete and intereact with the vision stone earlier today, with the Echoless Flame artifact. So that should be working atleast.
I was a bit lazy the last two weeks so I didnt do the do the quest for Russula’s Outreach and for the Echoless Flame but I accepted both. Both start at the same vision stone so this week I startet both events simultaneously. I finished the quest for Russula’s Outrech, which popped me out of the vision and I was then unable to access the vision stone again. I abandoned the quest in the hopes of just retaking it but now Zur’Ashar does not have the quest anymore. And I cannot access the echoless Falme with this week’s weekly.
Any suggestions?

For me its still bugged cant do the last 2 relics andd ive don ALL quests in harandar .. so nope still stuck
This has NOT been resolved.
I was able to pick up the follow on quest “The Story of Cauldron of Echoes” but when I clock on the runestone the scenario does not trigger leaving me unable to progress and locking out my other alts from doing the quest.
EDIT: and after relogging - the quest has spontaneously completed! I guess that’s one way to unblock me!
i am able to complete the weekly on 1 character, but when i try to do it on alts, i can pick up the quest from the NPC, but when i try to pick a relic, i dont get any option to pick it up, so i am unable to do it on alts since BEGINING of the expansion!!!
For someone who has completed the achievement(s) and wants to repeat the content for weekly rep, the second step after picking an artifact is usually completely bugged, but logging out and returning to the first quest giver skips EVERYTHING and instantly finishes the weekly questline.
I still don’t know how and if at all this helps for people who have missed out on the Chronicler achievement which actually require you to change into a “spirit phase” to click objects in question because interaction with the (lore?) stones is when something usually bugs out… or at least only in case of 2 specific weapons you picked earlier.
I can’t offer a thorough bug report right now but there could be many more branching questlines that are broken in some way. One would need to review wowhead comments for the most up to date feedback on different perspectives; first timers and repeat activity players.
how can i do sky’s hope when i have button on grey and i can’t talk with npc for relic select
Any update on this? I am still bugged like the others above described. Button for the last 2 relics on the right are grayed out, and talking to the NPC simply says “you can’t do this right now”
Bugged for me as well.
I never completed the Cauldron of Echoes quest, but the Cauldron just gives me one page of flavor text and no option to accept the quest again. The other relics have five pages.
A ticket asking to reset progress of the quest gave an ai answer with a bunch of weblinks.
The relics are the last thing I need for the meta achievement Light Up the Night as well
