Lost Pavise of the Blue Flight

Hello,

i am currently farming the above mentioned shield (blue version, ICC - Sindragosa - 10Man)
I read somewhere that it is usable ONLY by the character that had it dropped. Can somebody confirm or disprove this? I farm it with three shamans and i d like to know if it is a waste to farm it on all three of them.

I see nothing special about that shield, the transmog is account wide i think.

Yes, its accountwide. Nothing particular about that shield. You are just unlucky.
