If you just must do perform well for your gguild, then you’re an hardcore player. Today we pulled terror a couple of times. We didnt kill him, but we arnt effectively going to bench people who are performing weak which is what YOU are trying to prevent.

Whats the problem? We almost got mechanics on Terrros, whats the problem? We whipe at 50% usually after seconth slice but thats not a dps problem, thats a failure of controlling mechanic and positionial play. Thats it. Nothing special, nothing hardcore, we will get it done in due time and this is because we are simply having fun. You’re just overgearing to not get banched and make the cut.

Ever heard of a proper effort=reward structure? You know. Every game where there is character progression. The devs usually place the strongest rewards at the strongest bosses and the first rat you kill after character creation shouldn’t give you a “hammer of the Gods” drop.
