Player Issues

Not interrupting, not cc-ing (needs massive over-healing to counter it → blame healer)

Standing in stuff they should not stand in (gets one-two shot → blame healer)

Not standing in stuff they need to stand in (group wipe → blame healer)
XXX → Blame healer…
It makes +2 with PUG way harder than +10 with organized group.
Possible Solution - Reward good players

Successful interrupt - boost DPS/heal/tank for that particular player for 10s by xy%

Standing in bad stuff - dampen your DPS for 10s by xy% (stacking! :D)

Standing in important stuff you need to stand in - boost your DPS/tank/heal for 10s by xy%

Group contribution table at the end of the dungeon. Bad players will get lower ranks/rewards/rating. Good players will get a way better stuff (for example vault bonus). Basically PvP model for PvE.
What are your ideas how to change it?
