Macro doesn't work with 1st Covenant Ability

Hello dear all,

I don’t know if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong…
I got tired by buffing up with pressing multiple keyboard buttons in order to start my rotation. So normally I press 6-7 keys to get things warming up.

Now, I made a macro and it’s pretty amazing BUT… it also need the rotation but it’s not working.

What is not working?
If I put the 1st macro spell (cast) -> Covenant Ability (Shackle the Unworthy).

See the WORKING macro:

/use Shackle the Unworthy(Kyrian)
/cast Howling Blast
/cast Remorseless Winter
/cast Empower Rune Weapon
/cast Pillar of Frost
/use Blood-Spattered Scale
/cast Raise Dead

And this is the macro that DOES NOT work:

/cast Howling Blast
/use Shackle the Unworthy(Kyrian)
/cast Remorseless Winter
/cast Empower Rune Weapon
/cast Pillar of Frost
/use Blood-Spattered Scale
/cast Raise Dead

Difference?
The one that is working but not what I want is that “Howling Blast” is first.
The one that is NOT working (what I want) is that "Shackle the Unworthy(Kyrian) is first.

But then, not really sure if this will actually mess up my rotation.
I’m a Frost DK (Obliterate) build.

You can only cast 1 spell that’s on the GCD at a time.

Pick 1:

  • Shackle the Unworthy(Kyrian)
  • Howling Blast
  • Remorseless Winter
  • Raise Dead
