Macro help. Mouseover shadowstep/garrote

I have a mouseover shadowstep macro working absolutley fine, but i cant for the life of me get Garrote to work with it, without having to target the enemy i’ve just Ss’d to by either manually clicking or hitting the ‘S’ key (i dont use TAB).

Any help appreciated. :slight_smile:
