Mage Ice Block + Living Flame Thoughts!?

Ok so basicaly mage has 2 ways to 1 shot u in a duel 1 is to go arcane and to 1 tap u with the arcane surge macro that deals 3.3k dmg in 2 seconds the other the more tilting way is to do living bomb living flame frost nova Ice Block and so u see living bomb doing 600 dmg kinda underwhealming but u see living flame dealing 80% of his dmg doing 2.6k over 20 seconds while he is immune is pure horse crap we hunters get 11 nerfs but now i see u buff mage healing too XD sure best dps best heal make it best tank next with ice block every 15 seconds pls

PS. might i add Living FLame is an instant spell that only costs 93 mana and deals 2.6k dmg to everything around it so insane aoe while my arcane shot costs 105 mana and deals 89 arcane dmg single target dmg :))) seems legit I guess im rolling on spell power gear now :)))

Play it, you’ll understand that you need 21 points in frost to have IB, that’s GOOD yeah, but you won’t be able to do any content else than a duel :smiley:

also you can dodge damage from living flame by using arrow key. 100% of those damages are dodgable if u run. =/

Living Flame is also a 1 min CD spell cast by a solo cloth wearer with 600 armor and 900 HP.

Put your pet on it and browse the internet.

mage is a class that literally dies in 3 mutilates unless if they are doing pvp spec, especially as hunter you are doing something wrong if they are causing you significant problems

man how do u beat a mage with a brain that uses this combination while u are melee Living Bomb, Living Flame Frost Nova Chrono Heal Ice Block And ohh ur slowed cuz he had ice shield the range of living bomb is just way to big and even when u are out of the flame it wont register it if they make it so when u ice block u cant do dmg like in retail will be fair! its like paladin on crack u get 2,5k dmg 1 spell that is so fast and hard to outrun if u have no speed potion or a sprint cd and while he is in block u die to dots :slight_smile: seems fair yeh im just bad nvm im first sergant exalted in ab and wsg im just a bad player who hasnt played since 2007

Completely ridiculous if you ask me. But falls in the shadows of all the other imbalanced bullsht brought into SoD.

As someone told you, frost mages are only good for 1v1 because is the worst DPS spec in the game rn. This is similar with rogues, they are 1v1 kings but with the pvp spec they can’t do anything else.

And is only good because IB which is a 5 minute CD, similar to DS with paladins. Beside that mages are free kills.

Sure they may one shoot you every 3 minutes if they go arcane but mages dont have anything else. And in bg’s with the extra HP they can’t even do that.

So if you want to balance the game based in a duel good luck with that lol.
