you need at least 20 years exp to play fire mage properly in arena not because rotation is hard or have to press many buttons is because every class delete mage in 0.5 sec and you can´t kit classes like hunters, dh, dk, ret… just one mistake and you´re done every defensive is dispelleable and dps is not the great thing and every class is inmune to mage control nowdays fire now is good but is not broken arcane and frost are dead and every class get rework at midnight but mage get lobotomy

You have longer range than rets my guy. If you play vs a Ret correctly 1v1, he should not be able to get you under 80% HP.
I haven’t played mage alot, but i think it’s impossible for me to lose to a ret.
And no, you probably can’t get gladiator as melee.
Bro, im sorry to tell you this, but you ain’t that good if you think mages is a bad class. Mage is a great class, Fire and Arcane is really strong now, frost is abit weaker atm, but still not bad.
Mage will always be good just because of their toolkit, if they would deal 0 damage, they would almost still be good in 3v3.
First of all, if you don’t play mage, what are you doing here telling me how good mage is? (mage hater) If you think it’s so good, come back when you have gladiator with mage.
Second, you haven’t seen me play to tell me how good i am. My main content is BGs last season I reached 2300 in SS and it was my first season playing arena. This season I got 2200 with arcane in the first week when it was broken. Now it’s terrible, overnerfed like frost, and fire is good but not broken like other classes such as paladin, hunter, or evoker.
Third, almost all classes are immune to mage’s toolkit, and all its CC breaks in a second nowadays, mage was broken in classic and all specs was so much better in df and no matter what you said mage can´t beat paladin on a duel nowdays if is a good player

You have to get it into your head. Mage will always be good, because of their utility toolkit.
You just have to learn to use it. It’s harder to learn than few other classes.
Why are you talking about Evokers and Rets btw? You basically counter them both.
You can spellsteal BoP and Freedom.
Pres Evokers gets ruined by roots and they are easy to CC for you cuz they need to get into the fight cuz of their range.
check my experience i´m not lying you can check also ss meta on murlok mage is not higher then rets and hunters feral is not the great thing this season just fire mage is in top 10 because all rank one reroll fire after arcane nerfs and evokers aren´t popular that why but i see evockers doing 3 times more dps then me with green gear top dps all games and win 6/6, to get that level with fire mage you need 20 years exp playing mage also you can check how many mage are with gladiator with less then 500 honor lv and more then 10 years played and you can check how many hunters ret or any other mele have gladiator even with low honor lv
