I’ve been luring, killing and skinning all 5 of the rare beasts for the “majestic” items they drop…. except that for over a week now, they’ve dropped none but I get the grey item “torn material” every single time I skin any of them.
So, I need to know whether Blizzard have reduced the drop rate (which would be really stupid and make me stop doing Leatherworking) or if something has gotten broken? Because I used to get at least 1 majestic item between the 5 skins and I have not had a single one for nearly 10 days so something has happened

I am wondering the same thing. I have been skinning all five beasts pretty much since xpac launch. I know sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don’t & I don’t expect the good stuff every time.
However I have noticed a massive difference in the drop patterns lately. For the past two weeks I have gotten nothing. Not one majestic item in two weeks. I also get the grey “torn material” which I didn’t used to get. And one blue, where as I used to get multiple blue. Have crafted my epic skinning gear - only to see worse results.
Would like to know if something has changed.

Same, I have gotten the occasional Majestic Fin but no Hides or Claws for ages
